Decisions & Next Steps
Dearest Beloved BlessFesters,
We at BlessFest hope you and our family are well and healthy during this time. It was with a heavy heart that we made the decision in the highest and best interest of everyone's safety to cancel BlessFest 2020, originally scheduled for July16-19 in Amherst MA.
We are so honored that so many beautiful people had already created incredible momentum for what was to be our third year. While we are paused for 2020, BlessFest continues to create our annual physical event for 2021 and beyond! As before it will be anchored in the depth of a retreat and soar with the excitement and joy of a festival.
We will be providing all registrants and vendors the option for a full refund or a transfer to 2021. Please see below for details.
We are really sad that we won't get to be with you this July, but we truly hope you will stay a part of this heartfelt community gathering moving forward, be it in person or virtually. These are challenging and awakening times; the artistic and healing offerings we all share in are the beauty and sustenance the world needs more than ever.
As mentioned BlessFest will be doing a virtual event in mid May with presenters from various regions. While we would have loved to have duplicated all of our offerings we had to adjust and be agile with trust and openness to this pivot.
We are so deeply grateful for all of your love, support and understanding.

Cancellation Refund or Credit Transfer
We have sent out numerous emails to all paid registrants and vendors via our registration system to begin the seamless process of refund or credit transfer to BlessFest 2021.
If this applies to you please be on the lookout in your inbox (and spam folder) that you registered with for an email from info@blessfest.org. If you do not receive an email by mid May please reach out to us directly to info@blessfest.org. We will make multiple attempts to contact you for action to be taken. Please note if no action is taken by a registrant or vendor by July 15th, 2020 we will automatically roll your full registration into a 2021 credit transfer.
Please know that we are deeply grateful for any transfer credits as they will help to preserve the long term health and momentum of BlessFest. We also know that refund money can go a long way at this critical time.
If you do decide to receive the full refund it will be a easy transaction from your end, but please allow at least 30 days for it to show up on your statement. Also note we are not doing partial refunds or credits.
